Return & Refund Policy
At FitPop Co., we’re committed to delivering a seamless experience. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right—within the guidelines set by our suppliers and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of your order being delivered, subject to the following conditions:

Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

You must contact us first before returning anything

Not all products are eligible (see non-returnable items below)
If approved:

Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense

A 10% restocking fee applies
-
You’ll be refunded the item price (less any applicable fees) once the product is received and inspected
To begin a return, email us at info@fitpopco.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (unopened and in original packaging).
❗ Do not send any product back without our confirmation. Items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or assembled items

Health and personal care products

Custom or personalized orders

Items sold as final sale, clearance, or gift cards

Bulk orders or pallet purchases

Any product returned without original packaging
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
We thoroughly inspect all products, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or a video showing the damage, defect, or missing part

Packaging photos, including the box and product
We’ll work with our supplier to provide a suitable resolution, which may include:

Sending missing parts

Replacement of the product (subject to availability)

Refund or credit
Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items before your claim is processed—we may request further inspection.
Warranty Claims
Most of our products come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects (unless otherwise specified). Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage from improper use or assembly

Lack of proper maintenance or care

External packaging damage only

Warranty claims are assessed case-by-case. Depending on the issue, we may:

Refund Process
Once your return or warranty claim is approved and we receive the item (if required), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@fitpopco.com.
